1. The 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To stay eligible, please ensure your items are:

In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

Complete with all original tags attached.

In the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return. Unsolicited returns cannot be accepted. Once approved, we will provide a shipping label and detailed instructions.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. Weβll evaluate the issue and make it right right away.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Custom or personalized orders.

Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases).
5. Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new size or style is to return the item you have. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

European Union Customers
If you are ordering from the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. This gives you the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the items meet the "original condition" criteria mentioned above.
